With the debut of its first Seventy Six pub, Station Casinos is getting into the tavern business. Banking on attracting a local gaming and sports-loving crowd, Seventy Six is a more upscale neighborhood video poker bar with a menu consisting of items like grilled salmon with jasmine rice, ahi tuna nachos, and a poblano chicken pasta.
The Wisconsin-influenced bar in the northwest leans on dishes such as poutine fries, pints of bacon, Bavarian hot pretzels, and Wisconsin beer cheese soup. Bratwursts, a pimento sandwich on Texas toast, and a chicken schnitzel sandwich go well with the beers brewed in-house and the mighty roster of craft brews. For those catching an early game, DawgHouse serves breakfast until 11 a.m. Ideal for those craving a bacon and egg sandwich, Nashville chicken and waffles or biscuits and gravy. Bar Code Burger Bar obviously specializes in burgers, but it promotes local foods, distilleries, and breweries.
